International Women’s Day 2018
International Women’s Day is celebrated annually to acknowledge the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women across the globe.
It falls on March 8 every year and is celebrated by almost every other women’s brand reminding us to feel empowered, while standing up for the equality and freedom for ladies.
With the World Economic Forum's 2017 Global Gender Gap Report findings telling us that gender parity is over 200 years away - there has never been a more important time to keep motivated and #PressforProgress.
And with global activism for women's equality fuelled by movements like #MeToo, #TimesUp and more - there is a strong global momentum striving for gender parity.
  • While the first observance of a Women's Day was held on February 28, 1909, in New York, March 8 was suggested by the 1910 International Woman's Conference to become an "International Woman's Day.
  • This year's International Women's Day global theme is #PressForProgress
